Who we are

peza operates this website and the peza app. You can reach us at support@peza.club. This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It is written in plain language. It is not legal advice.

This website

When you join the early-access list, we store:

• your email address
• whether you used the desktop or mobile form
• the time you joined, and the time of a later signup with the same address
• the city and country of the network the request came from, when we can tell

We work out the city and country on our server from the connection address. We do not store that address. The form does not ask where you are, and it rejects a location if the browser tries to send one. If the address is private or unknown, we still save the email and leave the place blank.

The same email is stored once. A later signup updates that record. It does not create a second one.

We send the welcome message from hello@peza.club through Resend. Replies go to support@peza.club. The message has a signed unsubscribe link. Opening the link does not remove you. You confirm on the next page, or your mail app can send the one-click request. If you sign up again after unsubscribing, we clear that status. We do not send another welcome message.

We use Firebase Analytics, a Google service, to record that this landing page was viewed, which slide was on screen, which buttons were used, and whether a waitlist signup succeeded. Those events do not include your email address.

The site is hosted on Firebase App Hosting. Signups are received by a Cloud Function and stored in Cloud Firestore. Those services run in Google Cloud, in the asia-southeast1 region.

The app

When you have an account, we keep the lines you type, the people you split expenses with, and your plan. We do not take a bank login. We do not store card numbers, bank statements, or an upload of your contacts.

Pezamon sends your question, and the totals it needs to answer, to a model. That content is then dropped. It is not used to train a model, ours or anyone else's.

The papers inbox stays off until you turn it on. What you forward is stored encrypted so you can find it later.

You can export your history as a CSV file. If you delete the account, we delete it within 24 hours, including backups.

Selling data

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising networks on this site.

Children

peza is not directed at anyone under 18. Do not join the list or create an account if you are under 18.

Your choices

Email support@peza.club to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. You can leave the waitlist from the link in the welcome email. Once the app is open, you can delete the account in the product. That deletion is finished within 24 hours.

To raise a grievance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, write to the same address. We will respond.

Changes

When our practices change, we will update this page. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
